It also fits buyers who favor a mesh backrest and fall within the recommended 5'6" to 6'2" range.

SIHOO M18 Chair: Fit, Adjustments and Everyday Use
Adjustments and fit
The M18's seat-height, headrest, lumbar and back-support adjustments give it a flexible setup for desk work. Start with the recommended height range, then consider whether the chair's support points align with your proportions and workstation.
Mesh for long desk sessions
A mesh back can appeal to people who prefer airflow behind their torso during work.
The chair is positioned for long sitting, but comfort is personal, so buyers should check the seat and back dimensions against their usual posture and desk height.
Capacity and ownership
The maximum supported weight is 150kg, making that a straightforward suitability check before purchase.
Assembly is described as eight steps, and replacement parts are offered during a three-year warranty period, which gives buyers a defined setup and support window.
Home office versatility
The M18 is presented for several desk-based roles, including student work, computer use and gaming.
That breadth makes it a plausible shared-room chair when the main need is adjustable support for seated tasks rather than a specialized work setup.
